Wendy's Helpful Hint of the Week
"How to dress to look thinner"
Although we (women) all dream of following through with our New Years resolutions to "lose weight" or get down to "a size 6..." let's be honest, sometimes it just doesn't happen. So, that's why our good friends at ehow.com give us 6 easy steps on how by using the clothes you already have and manipulating them just a bit, you can look like a thinner YOU!
Step One
Step Two
Step Three
Step Four
Step Five
Step Six
Additional tips:
- Wear clothes that fit. If you wear clothes that are too bulky or too tight it will make you look bigger.
- Dress with confidence. Confidence goes a long way when you want to look good.
- Avoid pleated pants and skirts. Flat fronted pants will make you appear skinnier.
- Do not wear anything shiny near areas you are trying to hide.
Have a great rest of the week and weekend!
-Wendy
